Were You Brave Last Year?

As we step fully into 2025, ask yourself: was I BRAVE last year?

Courage is about being willing to be seen as we are.

About putting ourselves out there even when we are terrified.

About stretching toward our potential and what we are here to offer to the world.

It could be getting on stage, asking someone out, publicly admitting a mistake.

It could also be having the courage to just get out of bed in the morning.

In line with answering my OWN call, I grew my bravery in 2024 (Courage to Answer officially pivoted away from organizational consulting as the primary focus in order to create more opportunities for 1:1 DEI, leadership and life coaching. I also stretched myself as a podcast guest and speaker!)

AND, I know I can be braver in 2025.

So, I’m growing my capacity for courage.

Are you?

I hope you take a moment RIGHT NOW to tune in to the whispers of your heart.

Get something to write with.

Tune in.

Write it all down.

Make space for what truly wants to come alive in you this year.

Plan your courage.

I’m here cheering you on.
